What is an audio guestbook?
An audio guestbook is a vintage-style telephone set up at your event. When guests pick up the receiver, a friendly prompt invites them to leave a voice message — well wishes, advice, an inside joke, a song. Every recording is saved and delivered to you as a digital keepsake after the event.
How does the audio guestbook phone work?
Guests lift the handset, hear your custom greeting, wait for the tone, and leave their message. There's no app, no QR code, and no learning curve — anyone who's ever used a phone can use it. We pre-record the greeting with you and handle all the tech on the day.
How much does an audio guestbook rental cost?
Our audio guestbook packages start at $395 for the Signature Audio Guestbook (vintage phone + props, no booth) and go up to $795 for the Full Celebration with our styled vintage booth. Seattle-area delivery, setup, and breakdown are included in every package.
How long until I get the audio files?
You'll receive your professionally edited audio files within 7 days of your event, delivered digitally so you can listen, download, and share immediately.
Where do you deliver in the Seattle area?
Delivery within the Seattle area (15 miles) is included, with a simple mileage-based fee beyond that (see below).

Can the audio guestbook work outdoors?
Yes. We've set up at outdoor weddings, garden parties, and rooftop events. We just need a covered area in case of rain and access to power within reasonable reach.
